KB Anand has more than 33 years of experience widely spread over consumer durables, fast moving consumer goods, telecom and IT enabled services industry. KB had joined Acusis in 2001 as the Chief Operations Officer, India and then in 2005, his role expanded to manage global operations spread over India, Philippines and the USA. In 2013, KB took over as CEO.
Prior to joining Acusis, KB has worked with DSS Mobile Communications Ltd. as General Manager, Mumbai Operations. He worked with DSS for over 6 years. In the past, KB has also worked in various sales functions in FMCG and White Goods.
KB Anand is a Science Graduate with a Master's Degree in Economics. KB also has Post-graduate qualifications in Management & Computer Science to his credit.
Ananda Sanjeev’s professional career spans 21 years in the areas of engineering, technology, operational excellence, acquisitions and leading multi-country and cross cultural integrations. Ananda joined Acusis in 2001 as its founding employee and now leads Acusis’ medical transcription and medical coding global operations of 1300+ personnel committed to higher standards spread over US, India and Philippines.
Prior to Acusis, Ananda held positions with respected global automobile companies like Tata Motors and Volvo as a design engineer. Ananda holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Aditya Kumar has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Aditya joined Acusis in 2003 as Deputy Manager, Systems. In 2012, he took over global systems responsibility as DGM, Systems.
Prior to joining Acusis, Mr. Kumar was an engineer trainee at Indian Telephone Industries. Earlier in his career, he was assistant engineer at Shyam Telecom and DSS Mobile Communications.
Aditya's qualifications include MBA (Information Systems), Diploma (Electronics & Communication Engineering), and various Cisco certifications.
Atul joined Acusis in 2003 as a quality control editor and since then has grown through the ranks having worked in different roles within the Quality vertical. Over the years, Atul has helped Acusis establish, integrate and consolidate customer-centric metrics and process-driven approach in quality management across varied geographies in which Acusis operates.
Atul works by understanding the problems methodically using six sigma DMAIC cycle and applying Lean Management principles in eliminating non-value added activities. He has a strong memory of previous experiences that helps him be anticipative and proactive. He relishes being an integral part of the change agent team for organization-wide initiatives including acquisitions and setting up best practices. He believes in developing and keeping his large multi-nation team together based on the Acusis core values of trust and respect.
He holds an MBA degree and is also a SKIL certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
